BOB PO Recruitment 2020: Every year BOB PO exam is conducted by Bank of Baroda (BOB) to select eligible candidates to the post of Probationary Officer.

Baroda Manipal School of Banking (BMSB)

The Baroda Manipal School of Banking offers a 9-month Post Graduation Certification on-campus course in Banking and Finance. The candidates will be awarded a PG Certificate in Banking and Finance and offered an appointment in BOB as a Probationary Officer (JMGS-I), after completion of the program.

After joining the bank, the students are required to carry out a 3-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) in the form of training at any BOB Branch. After its completion, the students will be awarded a Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance by the Manipal University.

Is BOB PO 2020 official Notification out yet?

The official notification for BOB PO 2020 exam is expected to be released at the end of  June 2020 OR month of July 2020. It is to recruit around 600+ expected vacancies of BOB Probationary Officers (PO). BOB PO 2020: Salary Structure-

BOB is one of the best leading banks of India. The gross salary of BOB PO is Rs43,000 and the Net salary is Rs37,000. A newly appointed PO will have a basic salary of Rs23,700. and after one year he/she may get an increment of Rs. 980. He/ She will get 7 such increments and when basic salary reaches Rs 30,560, he/ she will get an Increment of Rs.1145 for further 2 years till reaches Rs. 32850. After that, He/she will get an increment of Rs. 1310 for a period of 7 years till his salary reaches Rs.42020.

Also if You opted for Education Loan, Your EMI will also start deducting after 1 year at BMSB(Bank of Baroda Manipal Schooling of Banking PO).

BOB PO 2020 Eligibility Criteria-

Educational Qualification

Graduation Degree:

The eligibility criteria for the BOB PO 2020 exam is that the Candidate should have graduation. Degree in any streams such as BA, B.Com, BSc, B.Tech, etc., from a University, recognized by the Government of India. with at least 55% for a General Category candidate and 50% for Reserved Categories.

Computer Literacy:

Candidate must have Knowledge of computer operation as BOB PO 2020 exam is conducted online.

Interested candidates applying for the examination should be 20 years old but not more than 28 years old at the time of registration for exam.

The selection process will consists of following phases

Candidates must qualify each phase to go on to the next phase.

The Final Merit list is based on the performance in Online test(Objective + Descriptive), GD(Group Discussion) and PI(Personal Interview).

BOB PO 2020: Exam Pattern-

The BOB PO 2020 exam is conducted online (2-hour 30 minutes duration ) .

It also has 4 sections with having 100 questions of 250 marks.

There is also negative marking in BOB PO 2020 written exam as 0.25 marks (1/4) are deducted for every wrong answer given by the candidate. Eligible candidates must clear each section cut-off to qualify for the BOB PO 2020 Main exam.

Since the BOB PO 2020 preliminary examination is qualifying nature, the section-wise details for written examination are given below:

Descriptive Test: BOB PO 2020 also have the Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration ( 50 marks ) will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) is also online test. The eligible candidates are need to qualify in the Descriptive Test by getting passing marks, decided by the Bank.

BOB PO 2020: Interview

The candidates who qualified BOB PO 2020 exam will be shortlisted for interview as per the category wise merit list . Top candidates in each category, as decided by the Bank will be called for Group Exercises and Interview process of BOB PO 2020.

The qualifying marks for Group Exercises & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.

Penalty for Wrong Answers:

For every wrong answer there will be penalty of 0.25 (1/4).

BOB PO 2020 Application Process

 How to apply for BOB PO Exam?

Eligible Candidate can apply online, you can follow the following steps.

1: Visit the official website . Click on “New Registration”.

2: Fill your basic details. Fill your online application form carefully.

3: Upload your recent Photograph(20 KB to 50 KB) and Signature(10 KB to 20 KB)( Photo and signature size will as per the SBI PO 2020 notification).

4.Fill the all other required details asked in online application form.

5: Click Final Submit Button.( After Final submit, you will not make any changes).

6: After submitting candidate will have an email regarding registration number and password for future use.

7 : Pay Application Fee.

How to download BOB PO 2020 Admit card?

Candidates can download their admit cards following by these simple steps-

BOB PO Course fee

The total course fee is Rs. 3.45 lakhs (plus services taxes as applicable)

The Fee for undergoing certification exams (like NISM) must be given by the candidates additionally.

Education loan details for BOB PO

BOB offers Education Loan to candidates at a concessional rate of interest. The candidates can pay the loan in EMI after they start earning. However, the bank will reimburse the entire amount if the candidate successfully completes 5 years of service in the bank.

Bank also provides a monthly stipend of 2500 during the course.
