- CCE will be responsible for DEALING all calls with regards to customers inquires accurately using Call Tracking System.

- He should able to answer emails.
- Follow up customer calls wherever is necessary
- He has to Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on criteria set forth by the company.
- Keep each record on the computer.
Days of Working- 5 days, Monday to Friday
Salary Details: Rs. 15,100 to – Rs. 30,100 per month
